How long does it take to complete?

There is no rush.  No time limit.  It’s all about finding ways to make your life simpler and easier, not a race to the finish line.

Do a section a day, or a week, or a month, mix it up, return when you need it, whatever is best for you. Your course. Your time.

There are four main sections to the course. Each section has been broken down in to individual videos, some just 90 seconds! So, super easy to do,  you can dive in whenever suits you, before bed, while your making a cuppa or running a bath, or perhaps for a little me time after dinner.

My little tip:  Plan time that you know is achievable,  create a safe uninterrupted space (if you can), and get cosy. This is your time to embrace some much needed and deserved, self-loving kindness.

If you already know me, you’ll know I like to speak honestly and from the heart.

I don’t shy away from the realities of motherhood…

Just a couple of years ago, I was hit with extreme fatigue, mental overwhelm and parental burnout. I was unable to focus on my business, keep on top of the housework, or do all the fun stuff with my boy that I wanted to do.

I was waking up every day with brain fog, struggling to even get out of bed, which was tough going with a toddler in tow!

Sent away from the doctors for being ‘Just a tired mum’…. (you can imagine how this went down)

In a desperate attempt to make my business work and my dreams a reality I ended up spreading myself way too thin and completely neglected to look after my own mental health.

I thought, if I worked really, really, hard all the hours on everything at once then I would get results faster.

And of course I was riddled with the never ending  mum guilt for not being the present parent my son needed me to be, my relationship with my husband was on the rocks (big time) and all I could think about was how the heck am I going to make this work?!


I was scared. Stressed. And Sacrificing my own wellbeing.

I did not want to fail.

I wanted to be a better mum and enjoy being present with my child.
I wanted to run a successful business and provide for my family.
I wanted to be the calm, collected, and confident version of me I knew I could be.

I was frantically trying to be everything to everyone and eventually, I burnt out and felt like I was falling apart.

Looking back, I can't believe I didn't change my ways sooner. Sometimes is almost impossible to see the wood through the trees.

But, as soon as I did, everything changed and slotted into place.
