How to get the most out of using this guide

For best results, include at least one of these activities into your day, every day.

Try not to think of them as extra things to do, more like an infusion. 

For example: practice your 2-minute mindfulness meditation while popping the kettle for your morning cuppa, or, before you turn the laptop on. While doing an otherwise mundane task like, running the bath or folding laundry why not practice stating your gratitude (you could put post-it notes all over the house. This is what I do, and it works brilliantly!). 

It's all about creating little daily habits that give lasting positive change!

I put this gorgeous little guide together because I know just how chaotic life can get, and how easy it is for time to slip on by.

Before you know it, another day is over, you're exhausted and ready to flop. 

Once again, you just haven’t found the time to take a breath, relax, or do something that feeds your soul.

A few years ago, I found myself incredibly overwhelmed and hit with fatigue which was utterly debilitating. 

I was frantically trying to start a business, look after my baby, and move into a new house, all without proper sleep, no real self-care, and a mountain of expectation that I had piled on my shoulders. 

And yes, I had been rushing about doing everything, trying to do all and be all without allocating just a few minutes of intentional ‘me time’ into the day. 

It was like having a big ol’ slap in the face to say I was doing way too much external work and not enough internal.

You are important!

Your wellbeing, and your mental, emotional, and spiritual health deserves attention. 

You deserve attention, without guilt or shame for having needs too. 

I am thrilled to be able to share some of the best methods (now daily habits) that have enabled me to not only grow and connect with who I am as an independent woman, but help me to build my dream business alongside building my family, and let’s face it, enjoy parenting so much more.
