Every mother needs her tribe, and I most definitely need mine.
I’m thrilled to introduce you to two of the most exceptional women I know.
Both mothers with their own stories to tell, both entrepreneurs, and both masters in their field.
I have worked in collaboration with Hayley Court (Yoga teacher) and Suzee Tylee (Nutritional Therapist) who have contributed with careful design to each pillar. Infusing their knowledge beautifully to provide you with full mind, body and soul experience throughout the six pillars to maternal wellness program.
With our combined expertise, love and knowledge we have been able to work together in perfect harmony to create this exceptional transformational program.

Suzee Tylee is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist who trained with the very highly esteemed College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
Since completing her training 10 years ago she has developed her own established Clinic Nourish -Lancaster in the North West of England where she currently delivers one to one 12 week Gut Transformation programmes to her clients based on the principles of Functional Medicine.
These programmes are uniquely tailored for each client but they always have repairing the gut and restoring a healthy micro-biome as the main focus.
Suzee is one of the only practitioners in the area able to offer private functional lab testing to enable very targeted treatment protocols.
In her own desire to achieve optimum wellness Suzee has emerged as an alcohol free ambassador and has birthed a number of peer led support groups and retreats to help others wishing to attain personal goals in that field.
She has also recently joined the charity Cancer Care and now offers specialist nutritional support to those living with life limiting illnesses.
Suzee passionately imparts the importance of clients taking back ownership of their own health and aims to empower them to do so in her sessions and teachings.
She is a firm believer that food is medicine and this reflected in her deep understanding of the healing ability of plants.
To fulfil her ongoing thirst for knowledge Suzee continues to train and study in her field.
Hayley has trained in Kundalini Tantra Yoga and completed a 200 hours teaching qualification.
An exceptional yoga teacher, entrepreneur and founder of Forest Retreats (www.forestretreats.co.uk), a yoga and wellbeing business based at Hill Farm, Tintern in the beautiful Wye Valley.
"My favourite part of running retreats is seeing the change in our guests across the day or weekend, from when they arrive after a busy week feeling frazzled, to when they leave feeling relaxed and full of joy. This is why I love my job! I started Forest Retreats in 2015 after being made redundant from the charity sector whilst on maternity leave. My passion for Yoga grew after suffering anxiety after giving birth to my second daughter, adjusting to being the mother of two and losing my Grandmother. Yoga has helped me to feel less anxious, more resilient and happier."
Hayley and her husband Tom took over the incredible Hill Farm, Tintern (www.hillfarmtintern.co.uk) back in 2018 where they have been busy building an amazing retreat centre and a nurturing family home.
"I have practiced yoga regularly for 6 years and my passion is teaching others how to experience to same joy that Yoga brings me."
