Without a clear goal, the right level of support and a sense of belonging, it's really difficult to make changes. I totally get it, I have been there too.

This program has been carefully designed by a woman who asked all of the above questions. A woman who felt utterly lost, overwhelmed and disconnected from who she was, lost in a sea of brain fog and soft toys….

But this woman made a decision one day to make the change happen. She decided to see this as an opportunity to redesign her life the way she wanted, and to change the way she lived her everyday life for the better! 

Of course, this woman is me.


I have created this signature process to support other mums just like I was; just like you! I found my calling through my own transformational process and now I can guide you through the exact steps I once took to feeling alive again and thriving in motherhood.

Each pillar has a 15-minute yoga video, nutritional therapy tip, advice and a recipe to compliment the topic, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being throughout the program.

The 6 Pillar Well-being Mentorship Program is available as a group or 1-1 program.

Every fortnight you’ll have a 60-minute 1-1 session via zoom with your personal Maternal Wellness Therapist and Well-being Mentor, Naomie Ella by your side (six sessions in total).

...follows the exact steps that I took to overcome postnatal depression (PND), to reconnect with who I was, to my purpose, my dreams and enabled me to feel fit and healthy again. 

It removed fatigue and brain fog giving me clarity, focus and direction again. I felt empowered as a woman and as a mother and felt in control of my days.

Following a path of self discovery, self learning and exploration, as well as doing regular yoga and having nutritional therapy support, is a unique and sustainable way to create life changing transformation.

I realised I could combine my personal experience, Occupational Therapy skills and therapeutic knowledge and expertise with life coaching to create a full mind body soul transformation for other mothers.
