I hear you, it is busy! But there are ways that you can sneak it in without doing a full blown HITT class in your living room. Let’s face it, most likely you have a small human attempting to piggy back you or crawl under you…

Then Holla!! You are not alone; I’ve been feeling exactly the same!
So recently I have been finding ways to incorporate a little fitness into my day without taking the time out to do it… yeay!
Here are three things you can do today that will get things moving, give you a little more energy, inspiration and motivation to get fit!
- 1When you are getting dressed in the morning. Before you put your trousers on..... do 10 sit ups, 10 squats, and plank for 10 breaths!
Start small, start with something that you can do, that you can achieve, this is a start and it's all about starting!
- 2Do some gentle stretching. Simple, easy and quick to do. It gets your body moving and you feeling better mentally too!
- 3Put on some silly music with your kids, they disco while you squat, aerobic move, star jump..... win win!
Play time with the kids but you're both enjoying it in your own way! It's a great way to engage in shared occupation!
